Recently, Sophic Automation was awarded the Rising Digital Leader Award by PIKOM at the Unicorn Tech Awards 2021. PIKOM, the National Tech Association of Malaysia, recognized the top changemakers in the industry at the PIKOM Unicorn Tech Awards Night 2021, and the awards were held in collaboration with the WITSA Global ICT Excellence Award and ASOCIO Awards.

The organizing chair of PIKOM Unicorn Tech Awards Night, Alex Liew, said, "There is synergy in collaboration with our partners. Recognizing all the champions on one prominent platform is a practical approach instead of having them done separately". The guest of honor at the awards night was Ma.Sivanesan Marimuthu, the deputy secretary general (Telecommunications Infrastructure and Digital Economy) from the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia.

The Chairman, Sean Seah, also congratulates the winners, and as the changemakers of the future, PIKOM will carry the torch in working together with the government to spearhead the digital and tech industries.
