What is Andon System?
Andon is the state presenting system that shows ongoing operations and indicates where any action is needed. This includes a triggering system that alerts technicians over machine downtime.
It is considered as the most effective intercommunication tool as it allows the process to run smoothly without any impediment or jam.
- Do not worry if you own a legacy machine, Sophic provides end-to-end IoT solution which includes a wireless tower light.
- If your machines are already installed with tower light, Sophic will utilize its existing module & trigger the tower light, buzzer then email immediately when machine issue is detected.
- With Sophic's Universal Bus Translator (ToFiBridge), or what is widely known as an industrial gateway, signals from the tower light are transmitted into server / cloud.
- inXcite centralized dashboard helps generate rich, actionable, data monitoring on a real time basis.
- A wearable device triggers each technicians on duty in real time when machine is down, & it also keeps track of technician's performance & KPI.
